Firearms, tools and sight tools are not returnable. All new firearms sales are final and cannot be returned. If you cancel a firearm order prior to shipping, you are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact the manufacturer if warranty repair is needed.

We ship throughout the 50 United States, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa. We allow freight forwarding and to bypass ITAR regulations. Orders don't canceled due to ITAR violations and we process your order and charge you a +10% fee.

If you place an order using our web-site or by phone with one of our associates the order cannot be canceled for any reason, you are subject to a +10% fee if you cancel. If you order magazines that are restricted in your area, we will not cancel the order and charge you a +10% fee. Please be sure your order is correct and complete prior to submitting it. We cannot change, amend, cancel, add or combine accessory orders once they are submitted. We ship fast! By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions.

You alone are responsible for knowing, following and abiding by all local, state and federal laws pertaining to product and services sold by Arms Reach, LLC.

Once your order is submitted, we cannot make changes to that order, so please verify that your order is complete and correct prior to submitting it. Shipping charges will not be refunded for customer errors.

Carrying and/or using a firearm submits you to certain risks, therefore proper firearms safety training should be sought. Never handle or use any firearm without first being trained in the proper use and function of that firearm. Correct fit, function and use of any of our products should be determined by a qualified person. Arms Reach, LLC assumes no liability from any damages that result directly or indirectly from or while using any of our products. Guns are a tool, morals and intentions govern how we use the tool and ArmsReach does not condone or support ill moral usage or intentions of firearms. Protection is our first objective here at ArmsReach. We are an anonymous organization nonetheless so we do not operate in person. We express the rights to hold restrain any and all transactions at any level we deem necessary.
